As you step inside our charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom lake house, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting living space featuring a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the lake. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together, even as a large group. The gameroom, located in the garage, has plenty of light coming in through the big windows and lots of fun games to enjoy as kids and adults alike! The bedrooms which are designed for comfort and relaxation, are all located upstairs, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

We offer a convenient Early Check-In and Late Checkout option:

• Early Check-In is available at 50% of the previous night’s rate, allowing you to arrive at any time on your scheduled arrival day.

• Late Checkout is available at 50% of the following night’s rate, allowing you to depart at any time on your scheduled departure day.

Pets are considered and require approval before check-in. Please reach out directly to discuss your pet's stay.

We have a large fenced back yard.

Please inform us before arrival. A $300 non-refundable pet fee will be added on top of the booking.

Only 1 dog allowed, for extra pets please message us.

Damage to floors, woodwork, rugs, furniture, bedding, and outdoor yard will be the responsibility of the guest to pay damage fees as requested by owner.

Airbnb owner has the right to cancel stay if house rules are broken.

*HOUSE RULES & PENALTIES*

• No smoking in the home - $250 (please smoke outside)

• Unauthorized Pets - $500 (Pet fee is $300 per pet)

• No Parties or events - $250

• Under no circumstances are guests allowed to receive packages/mail to the home.

• Outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking (friends & family) **must be disclosed** and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund if not.

• If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.

• Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site.

• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement

• Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum past 12am to avoid complaints from neighbors.
